He himself took our diseases, and carried our diseases | restored

We find Jesus in all the Scriptures, not only in the new testament, but also in the old, where we find many prophecies about Jesus, who would be our Savior, Redeemer and Healer, and all this was fulfilled when Christ came to earth in the form of As a man, every prophecy that was said about Jesus was fulfilled to the letter and we give glory to God for that, because He is true and righteous, and His Word is always fulfilled.

The Bible says:

16 And when evening came, many demon-possessed were brought to him; and with the word he cast out the demons, and healed all the sick;

17 so that what was said by the prophet Isaiah would be fulfilled, when he said: He himself took our diseases, and carried our ailments.

Matthew 8:16-17

Before this event that the Scriptures narrate to us, we also found that Peter’s mother-in-law was sick, had a fever, and our Lord Jesus only touched her and she was immediately healed.

We read multiple miracles that were performed by Jesus, and they were so many that John says: “If all the miracles performed by Jesus were written, the books would not fit in the world.” John uses this expression to imply that the number of miracles that Jesus performed was quite large.

Beloved brothers, our God is powerful, and all those healings that were produced in those moments were part of the divine plan, they were things that had to be fulfilled because that was how it had been prophesied.

“He took our diseases, and carried our diseases.” In addition to all the healings that were given at that time, Christ also had to bear all our sins on the cross, can you imagine what a heavy load it was to carry the sin of millions and millions of people? Christ endured all that for us and that is why we must give him honor and glory every moment of our lives.
