About us?
There are millions of people wasting their lives for the simple fact of unconsciously or willfully ignoring such an important question… Whether I’m right or wrong, it’s worth giving someone food for thought with that question. In essence, who are we?
I come to a conclusion. We are beings with a particular, personal and well-defined purpose where each dream, goal, desire and passion makes total sense; but that we always require bravery, courage and genuine love to fulfill it, facing ourselves in the first place… In the power of God and through Jesus Christ.
For this reason, it is wise to think that the most important thing I can do today; It is exactly what I want to remember in the eternal tomorrow. Because life may be too short to spend it on something else…
Strive and be Brave
No matter our job, social position, or achievements, all of us in our lives have a “tick tock” countdown inside; for all of us the years, minutes and days are numbered.
And if in the same way life will always be hard and difficult, at least you have to make it worth it! In truth, Christians being alive and “freed from sin”; we have immense potential within the purpose of our existence by walking with God. God can do many things with us, but only we decide… Whether or not we want to face the destiny that God puts us in front of.
It is the only way in which our life acquires a full and genuine congruent meaning; with the reason for which we were created and specifically designed. There are several options when taking a risk; win, die fighting or give up and live a meaningless life enslaved to the past or to sin… Satan will use absolutely everything he has at hand to brutally hit our mind and conscience. So that we lose the identity that God has given us…Don’t give up, fight! push yourself and be brave.
Innocence about this is a very dangerous weakness.
Not everyone wants you to reach your destination, and there are those who are interested in hitting your compass… And they will! without hesitating for a single second, if you let him do it. I am convinced that the price to pay in life is very high when we want to walk through the world being naive… thinking that everyone is good.
The truth is that in Christ there is a destiny and it is eternal, but you must not forget; Evil exists, and if you give the devil a chance, no matter how small, he won’t hesitate to take advantage of it. It will not hesitate to affect and harm physically, emotionally and spiritually as much as you allow it to. We are not in heaven yet… don’t let your guard down, make an effort and be brave.
But if we’re still here, it’s for a reason…
The question of every day should be: Lord (My owner) what do you want me to do while I stay?
In this life, you have to be sure… that if you want success in fulfilling your purpose or mission, you will have to fight very hard and you will suffer; it will always be more difficult than wasting time and being idle… if you walk hand in hand with Jesus, possibly every day you will win, you will surely achieve it, make an effort and be brave.
You will live beautiful moments and he will give you incredible victories and great achievements; but you can be sure that you will suffer in the process. And maybe it’s more than you calculate or imagine, maybe you give up because of the pain of the wounds… Maybe you do it just before receiving the award of your process. Or maybe you cling to God and manage to overcome it, by reaching with faith the crown of life. Consuming the purpose of your life, only you decide…
Strive and be brave…
Will we make mistakes? Yes. Will we experience countless troubles? It is probable!… Perhaps we will still experience many frustrations, and possibly our disappointments and mistakes will torment us for some time. But it is at that moment where we must remember the reason for our pain… Look at the sky and remember that the one who called us is the eternal.
The creator of the stars; and behold and remember how he “did” with wisdom, majesty and beauty! he named each one of them. Remember the essentials of our existence: God is still above us as firm and bright as each star; and even if a storm makes it difficult for us to see them at the moment, they are there, and they will be there all the way to your destination. If you decide to accept it and keep walking, we are not the only ones who have walked, are walking or will walk on this hard road, strive and be brave…
It’s a bit corny but it’s true
Day by day I see myself in the obligation to admit. Beyond the wisdom to understand who we are in the will of God and what we must do; I absolutely need the courage to make the right decisions with a view to building a destiny according to its purposes tomorrow…
And that’s the part that God can’t do, and sometimes it doesn’t work out… because it depends on us.
But I am sure that the God of glory, the one who honors the faith of all men, he will make it work… Romans 8 and Hebrews 11.
In short, it takes a lot of courage to tell a truth whose consequences are going to harm you, but you will need even more courage to congruently after saying it, live in integrity and keep it as an irrefutable reality in your life until the end despite what it may to mean.
Conclusion: Without courage there is no destiny… Matthew 11:12
Only the stubborn determination to obey God at all costs will keep us on track…
