Gospel Library App Announces New Updates

The Gospel Library app is widely used by Latter-day Saints worldwide.

In order to provide a better user experience, improvements have been made to the display options and new resources have been added.

General Conference Addresses

This new feature allows members to quickly access talks before Sunday classes.

App users will be able to view General Conference talks that are designated to the class that corresponds to their unit (ward or branch).

This option will only be visible when you log into the app with your Church account.

sacramental hymns

The new feature of the application allows users to see what the sacramental hymns of their ward or branch will be for each Sunday.

Rob Jex, product manager for the app, said:

“We try to provide quick access to them so they can start singing instead of looking for the hymns.”

Bishoprics, ward music leaders, and ward secretaries can place hymns chosen for their unit in the app up to a year in advance.

Unlike General Conference talks that can be viewed weeks before Sunday school, hymns will only be available minutes before sacrament meetings.

New display options

The app now gives users new options that give you more control over how they view your content.

In addition to the seven background color options, modifications can also be made to the font size and type.

In the future, the Gospel Library app will continue to provide updates and optimizations.
