Who is Mary Most Holy? – Training

Holy Mary leads us to the Father, leads us to salvation

1. The way of salvation

Through Mary, God wanted the Savior to come to us. God wanted to need Mary (Gen 3:15)… ‘She will crush your head’. It is through Mary that we must come to Jesus, because Jesus came to us through Her.

2. She is the Mother of God

Jesus and God. And Mary is the Mother of Jesus. Elizabeth said to him: ‘To what do I owe the honor of receiving the Mother of my Lord?’ (Luke 1:43) The saints call her ‘Suppliant Omnipotence’, that is, she can do everything with her supplications to her Son. TEOTHOKOS (Mother of God) (Gal 4:4)

3. It’s Immaculate (December 8)

That is, she was conceived in her mother’s womb (St. Anne) without original sin, which all men inherit from their parents. Mary was preserved from original sin by Jesus’ sacrifice on the Cross. God anticipated redemption for Her. For God, time is no obstacle. This doma was solemnly proclaimed by Pope Pius IX, 1854, and confirmed by the Virgin herself in Lourdes, 4 years later, when she said to the girl Bernadette: ´I am the Immaculate Conception´, in 1858. Mary was freed from sin so that Jesus it was also; that is, free from the chains of sin, death and Satan, to be able to overcome him and free enslaved humanity.

4. Mary is always a Virgin

Mary always wanted to be a Virgin, that is, consecrated entirely to God. But God needed her to be the Mother of his Son. As with God all things are possible, He preserved her a Virgin perpetually. The Church teaches that She is ‘Virgin before childbirth, Virgin in childbirth and Virgin after childbirth’. It is a glory that God wanted to give you. It is dogma of faith. It is a miracle, which cannot be understood by science. (Council of Capua, Italy, year 381)

5. She’s her father’s favorite

Mary was the Father’s chosen one among all women of all times and places. Isabel, full of the Holy Spirit, said to him; “Blessed are you among women” (Luke 1:42). It was her deep humility that was the reason she was chosen by God. She herself teaches us this in the Magnificat: “He looked upon the humility of his servant” (Luke 1:48). Whoever humbles himself will be exalted, said Jesus. No one was as humbled as Mary, which is why no one was as exalted as She. She herself says: “All generations will proclaim me blessed” (Luke 1:48). Being Mother of God, the King, She was humble, simple, silent, suffering…. Mary only appeared in difficult times: in Cana in Galilee, on Calvary, in the flight to Egypt, in the service of Elizabeth, etc… The humble are hidden. She is “full of grace” (Luke 1:30 and 28)

6. Mary is the Spouse of the Holy Spirit

She conceived Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:35). He is her Husband. Where Mary is, there is the Holy Spirit. It was She who brought him at Pentecost (Acts 2). Saint Louis de Montfort says: ´The more the Holy Spirit finds Mary in a heart, the more He comes to that heart and sanctifies it´. God wanted to have a Mother, he chose Mary, he wanted to have a special, immaculate daughter, he chose Mary, he wanted to have a wife, he chose Mary. What glory of Mary!

7. Jesus was submissive to Mary and Joseph

The creator made himself subject to his creature ´And he was submissive to them´ (Lc 2,51). Also in heaven, Mary remains the Mother of Jesus, whom He has the joy of “obeying”. Saint Joseph, after Mary, is the saint with the greatest glory and power before God, for having been chosen as the adoptive (legal) father of Jesus.

8. Mary is God’s victory against evil

She crushes the head of the infernal serpent (Gen 3:15). You need to be protected by her virginal mantle. It is She who is rallying her Army of faithful children today to combat the sins of the world: drugs, addictions, prostitution, homosexuality, violence, hatred, murders, corruption, etc… It is necessary to pray the Rosary every day, until the Rosary all, to have the strength of Mary. Talk here about the importance of the Rosary. Praying it, we contemplate the entire life of Jesus. In each Hail Mary we greet you with the same greeting as the Archangel Gabriel and St. Elizabeth, and we ask her to pray for us.

9. She is the mediator of all graces

Mary is the channel of all graces. If Jesus, the greatest grace, salvation, came through Mary, it is logical that the other graces, which are lesser than this, also come through Mary. It is the broad and fragrant “Avenue” that God opened for us to reach Him. You don’t want to use another path. The wedding at Cana shows the intercessory power of Mary (John 2). Explore this. ´Ask the Mother and the ´Son answers´.

10. Mary is our Mother

Jesus gave her to us as Mother, on the Cross. At the time of his death, this is very significant. She offered Jesus on the cross to the Father, for us, at the same time Jesus made her our Mother. In truth, not just in words. (John 19,25’27) read. She is our spiritual Mother. It is what forms and shapes our soul for God. It takes us to the path of holiness, quickly, easily, safely and quickly. She “sweetens” our daily cross, as the Mother sweetens the bitter medicine that her son needs to drink. Take Mary to her home (in your heart) as Saint John did. She will guide you, sustain you in faith, protect you in dangers and teach you in the law of God.

11. Mary was Assumed into Heaven (August 15)

Taken to heaven, body and soul. Only She and Jesus have their bodies in heaven. The saints are only with their souls. The bodies will only be resurrected at the final judgment. Mary has already been resurrected, she is glorious in body and soul before God and intercedes for each of her children with power. She prepares a place for us in heaven. “We are citizens of heaven” (Phil 3:20) said Saint Paul. Maria waits for us there. It is a dogma of faith proclaimed by Pius XII in 195.

12. Mary is the Queen of the Universe

See (Apoc 12:1). It is the universe glorifying its Queen. The sun, moon and stars were all the ancients knew of the universe. The King’s Mother is Queen. Feast celebrated by the Church on August 22nd. All power was given to Mary under God, in heaven, on earth and in hell. Everyone was submissive to him: angels, men, demons.
