Its origins are very old. There are references to the litanies in texts of the apostolic fathers of the second century. These rosary prayers are very popular and are found in abundance in biblical texts and in the gospels. The first litanies of the holy rosary appear in the twelfth century.

How to pray the entire Rosary

Step 1
- Cross yourself 3 times with the hand with which you write and repeat: “by the sign of the Holy Cross”
- Cross yourself and repeat the Our Father.
Step 2
Repeat the following sentence:
“Lord, open my lips and my mouth will announce your praise. Come, O God! to my help, hasten Lord to help me.

Step 3
