Throughout the history of mankind there has always been a figure superior to the human or to what inhabits the earth, sun, moon, sea, animals, man, etc. That figure is known as “God”, although in some religions other gods are praised, the best known and followed is the God who created the world.
This creative and praised being can be known through stories, teachings and works; but if you want to know him as a spirit, figure or heavenly father you must know what are the attributes that his person possesses. These characteristics are mentioned several times in the scriptures and are broken down there because God is, omniscient and omnipresent.
These three words are only attributed to God and for God since its meanings can only be achieved by a divine being. All power, being everywhere, knowing or having knowledge of everything, are one of the many meanings that these words have.
God’s Attributes: He Sees All, Hears All, and Knows All
It has not always been taught or heard that God is a being of love, immense and endless; he is also said to be kind and very good, and these can be mistaken as attributes when they are innate characteristics of his being.
Next, we will develop three attributes of God.
Omnipotence basically means “ALL POWER”.
God has all the power since he decided to create man and his surroundings, with his infinite power he was able to mold an unformed earth and fill it with animals quadrupeds and wild beasts. The evangelist Matthew refers to the omnipotence of God when he mentions that for him (God) there is nothing difficult, nothing is impossible for him (Matthew 19,26).
To this is added that in (Job 38,4-41) it is related that God has power over all nature, is in charge of everything, including natural disasters, diseases, heaven and space, angels, everything.
It is true that many people want to come face to face with the presence of God, but it is also true that God is omnipresent. Namely, It is everywhere, from the wind that blows to the rain that falls, since everything that has been created by the hand of God represents God in his immensity.
In the book of (Isaiah 41,10) mention is made of the Lord in his omnipresence since he speaks and mentions that he is always there and therefore sees everything.
This does not mean that He lives everywhere, He lives and lives with whoever let him into your life to those who do not, he observes and accompanies them but does not live with them.
Being and living with God are different things, remembering that both are good.
This attribute is similar to omnipotence since having all the power all knows.
Science means nothing to his knowledge, since by creating the world he owns even knowledge itself. of man and humanity. In the Bible (John 1,3) He refers to the omniscience of God, when he mentions that he knows in depth the hearts of men and women, therefore he knows how they act and how they think.
For God there is no beginning or end, since his existence is infinite, it is immense; On the other hand, if the bible does say that God is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end, he is almighty.
The greatness of God in three attributes
Although God is surrounded by divine greatness and seems to be a superior person to us, Himself in His immense love and goodness, humbles himself to his followers, either as a good friend, a person who keeps silent, but who listens to everything, a loving and wise father.
God seeks to help us with his greatness and his wisdom, since knowing everything, being everywhere and being all-powerful, he knows what are we capable of and he can stop what makes you suffer or give you what suits you (according to your ); be it in the form of a son, a brother, a good job, a house of their own, or simply happiness.
