mempsimoiros (memyivmoiro”, 3202), denotes one who complains, lit., complainer of one’s fate (memfomai, blame; moira, fate, share); hence, dissatisfied, complaining, quarrelsome. It is translated “complainers” in Jud_16 (RV, RVR, RVR77; VM, Besson, LBA: “complainers”).¶
