Father of Mercies and God of all consolation, hear the confident supplication that we present to You at this moment (make the request).
Welcome these people who come, full of faith and hope, to Yours. Console the afflicted, help those in need, dry the tears shed here. Support the weak and welcome into Your paternal arms this prodigal son who returns to You. Give us the grace to be instruments of Your mercy in the lives of our brothers, so that Your name may be loved in our family and in our nation. We ask all this through Your Son Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
