When you use this prayer for healing, you are coming to God fully surrendered and expectant to allow his Holy Spirit to work in and through you. 1. A prayer for personal healing
God, you know me very well. you created me You know the number of hairs on my head, and you even know the thoughts conceived in my heart before I vocalize them. You have told us to come to you and ask for all the necessities of life. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and you have the last word on my destiny, the number of years I will live and serve you on earth.
Today I come to you as your child, longing to hear from you and asking for your divine healing. There are so many things I don’t understand about life. But I know that with one touch, one word, you can make me whole. Please forgive me of my sins, cleanse me of my evil and begin your healing from the inside out.
I don’t always know what your will is Lord, especially in times like now, when I desperately seek your face. I offer you no promises, no deals, no deals in exchange for my health. I simply bow my heart to you to tell you my heart’s desire: that I want to spend as many years as I can loving you here, loving others, and wanting to be more like you. However you choose to accomplish that, it’s up to you, and that’s fine by me. If you use doctors to provide healing, give them the wisdom to know what to do. Regardless of how you achieve it, the healing you bring is always miraculous. And you deserve all the praise.
I absolutely believe that you have the power to heal. You proved it on earth, and you still miraculously heal today. Even when my faith is weak, you say it is enough, and my love for you is strong. And I know that you already have my heart and my life in your hands. Up to you. If I can bring you more glory through healing, then that is what I ask. That is what I wish.
But if your answer is no, or not now, I know your grace is enough for me. Ultimately, I want your will to be my will. I hope to spend an eternity with you. But Lord, if you have planned even more for me to do here on this earth, I not only need and want your physical healing, Lord, but also a complete and deep cleansing and strengthening, a wholehearted renewing of all that I have. am. Because everything I am is yours. Use this test to strengthen me from a “what if” faith to a “no matter what” faith. And no matter what happens, I choose to honor you and give you glory. Precious Father, I marvel at the way you love me from immaturity to maturity, from brokenness to wholeness. You do not rebuke me for my mistakes or despise me for my weakness. 10. A prayer for those waiting for healing
Father, you can heal us in an instant. We pray today for Your miraculous healing. From depression, lifelong illness, sudden failures, addictions, and massive disabilities. We pray for a miraculous healing because we know that you are just as capable of fixing our physicalities as you are of keeping the oceans in place while the earth rotates. Through the death of Your Son on the cross, we have the opportunity to be healed spiritually. By believing in Jesus, we are directly connected to you in prayer and presence. Bless our hearts to believe in You beyond our heart’s capacity. Strengthen our faith where it is weak and strengthen our resolve to stay in Your presence a little longer each day.
Take away our pain, according to Your will, in Your time. We are not promised a painless life on this earth, but You want us to live a happy life. Send Your Spirit to help us see beyond our circumstances and to Your calling on our lives. Sickness and injury cannot stop the dreams set by God. Lord your Word speaks of promises of healing and restoration and I thank you for the miracles you still perform today. Today I claim those promises on my friend. 12. A Prayer for Healing and Grace
Dear God, We confess our need for you today. We need your healing and your grace. We need restored hope. We need to be reminded that you work on behalf of your loved ones, consistently, powerfully, and completely. Forgive us for trying to fix our situations on our own. Forgive us for running in all different directions and spinning our wheels to find help, when true help and healing must first be found in You. We ask for your healing and grace to cover every broken place. Every wound. Every anguish. Thank you because you are capable of doing much more than we could imagine. Thank you for your Mighty Power that acts in favor of your children. We come to you and know that you are restoring and redeeming every place of difficulty, every battle, for your greatest glory.
