Every day of our lives we must wait for what is promised by God for each one of us, but we must also remain trusting in Him because He is faithful and what He promises He fulfills above all that opposes.
But we wait
according to their promises,
new heavens and new earth
in which justice dwells.
2 Peter 3:13
Just as those people waited on God’s promise, being faithful until death and not caring about everything that came to make war on them, they always lived praying to the Lord to strengthen them and help them in their difficult moments.
Therefore, oh beloved,
waiting for these things,
seek diligently to be found by him blameless and blameless, at peace.
2 Peter 3:14
Peter urged all people to believe the promises of the Lord, not to faint because the Lord left the Holy Spirit to strengthen them in the most difficult moments of their lives.
And understand that the patience of our Lord is for salvation;

It is good that we stand firm in the ways of the Lord so that when he comes for us he will find us without spot or wrinkle because the Lord does not come looking for sin, but rather he comes looking for a holy people.
almost in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things;
among which there are some difficult to understand,
which the unlearned and unstable twist,
as also the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
2 Peter 3:16
Jesus promised each one of them a new earth and a new heaven, where there will no longer be hunger, sadness or pain, there will be no crying or weeping, because the Lord himself will wipe away every tear from their eyes. The Lord will be their shepherd and will be with them forever and ever.
