Lastly, be strong with the mighty power of the Lord.
Put on the whole armor of God so that you can stand against the devil’s schemes.
Because our fight is not against human beings, but against powers, against authorities, against powers that dominate this world of darkness, against evil spiritual forces in the heavenly regions.
Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, so that when the evil day comes, you can stand firm to the end.
Stand firm, girded with the belt of truth, protected by the breastplate of righteousness,
and shod with the disposition to proclaim the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, take the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the fiery arrows of the evil one.
Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Pray in the Spirit at all times, with petitions and petitions. Stay alert and persevere in prayer for all the saints.
Pray also for me so that, when I speak, God gives me the words to make known with courage the mystery of the gospel,
for which I am ambassador in chains. Pray that I will boldly proclaim it, as I must.
