Verses showing that God is with you

Nothing transmits us more security than knowing that God is with us. When we have that notion, everything seems easier because we know that we are not alone.

God is always with us, with his arms open to receive us. The problem is that many times we are not with him. Too often we turn away from God, turn our backs on him, and then say we don’t know why things aren’t going right in our lives.

“But if God is with me, why do bad things happen to me?” – We are wondering. The fact that God is with us does not mean that we will never have afflictions. There are times when we go through difficulties, but that does not mean that God has abandoned us.

In the midst of challenges and afflictions, God is present and helps us endure. When we persevere through bad times, we gain maturity and grow in our spiritual life.
