The 7 days of God’s Creation

Genesis narrates God’s Creation in seven days. On the first day, God created light and separated it from darkness. On the second day, God created the sky and separated the waters of the heavens. On the third day, God created the earth and the plants. On the fourth day, God created the stars and the stars. On the fifth day, God created the animals. On the sixth day, God created man and woman. And on the seventh day, God rested.

What did God do in the first 7 days of creation?

God created heaven and earth, and everything in them, in seven days. On the first day, God created the light and separated the darkness. On the second day, God created the sky. On the third day, God separated the land and the waters. God also created plants and trees on this day. On the fourth day, God created the heavenly bodies. On the fifth day, God created the animals. On the sixth day, God created the human being, men and women. And on the seventh day, God rested.

What is the order of creation

God began to create heaven and earth. The land was formless and empty, and darkness covered the surface of the ocean. But the Spirit of God moved over the waters. And God said, “Let there be light!” And there was light. God saw that the light was good, and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and called the darkness “night.” And there was afternoon and there was morning: the first day.

God said: “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, separating the waters from the waters!” And so it happened. God made the firmament and separated the waters below the firmament from those above it. And so it happened. God called the firmament “heaven.” And there was evening and there was morning: the second day.

God said, “May the waters under the sky come together in one place, and let dry land appear!” And so it happened. The waters gathered in one place, and dry land appeared. God called the earth “earth,” and the mixture of land and water he called “sea.” And God saw that it was good.

God said, “Let the earth produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants, fruit-bearing fruit trees with seed in them, after their kind!” And so it happened. The earth produced vegetation: seed-bearing plants, fruit-bearing trees with seed inside, according to their kind. And God saw that it was good.

God said: “Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to separate the day from the night! Let them serve as signs for the seasons, the days and the years! May they be lights in the firmament of heaven to illuminate the earth!” And so it happened. God made two great lights: the larger light to rule the day, and the smaller light to rule the night. He also made the stars. God put lights in the firmament of heaven to illuminate the earth, to separate the day from the night, and to mark the seasons, the days, and the years. And God saw that it was good.

God said: “Let there be life in the sea, and let it be full of living beings! Let the birds fly over the earth, in front of the firmament of the sky!» And so it happened. God created great sea monsters, and all living things that move and live in the water, according to their kinds. He also created all the birds, after their kind. And God saw that he was good.

God said: “Let there be living beings on earth, let them move! Let there be animals, reptiles and birds, according to their kind!” And so it happened. God made the animals, the reptiles and the birds, according to his kind. And God saw that he was good.

Then God said: “May we make man in our image, after our likeness! May he have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, over the animals, over all the earth, and over all the reptiles that move on the earth!”

So God created man in his image, he created him in the image of God, he created him male and female. And God blessed them. And God said to them: “Be fruitful and multiply! Fill the earth and subdue it! Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over all the animals that move on the earth!”

God said: “I see that everything I have done is very good! Now, let us make a garden in Eden, in the east, and put there the man we have created.”

Then God said: “May the earth produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants, fruit trees of all kinds, bearing fruit with seed! Let the plants produce seeds according to their kinds, and the trees produce fruits according to their kinds, having seeds on them!” So it was. The land produced vegetation: seed-bearing plants according to their kinds, and trees that bear seed-bearing fruit according to their kinds. And God saw that he was good. And there was evening and there was morning: the third day. Genesis 1:14-19 – God also said: “Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to separate the day from the night! Let them serve as signs to mark the times, the days and the years! Let them serve as lights in the firmament of heaven to illuminate the earth!” So it was. God made two great lights, the larger light to rule the day, and the smaller light to rule the night. He also made the stars. God put lights in the firmament of heaven to illuminate the earth, to govern the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that he was good. And there was evening and there was morning: the fourth day. Genesis 1:20-23 – God also said: “May the waters produce living beings of all kinds: animals, reptiles and birds!” So it was. Let him govern the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the domestic animals, all the earth, and all the reptiles that crawl on it!” Genesis 1:24-25 – And so it was. God made human beings in his image. God created the human being in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them, and he said to them: “Be fruitful and multiply! Fill the earth and subdue it! Dominate the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and all the animals that move on the earth!” Genesis 1:26-28 – And God said: “Let us see! I have given you every plant that bears seed, which is on all the earth, and every tree on which there is fruit with seed! They will be your food! And to all the animals of the earth, to all the birds of the sky, and to all the reptiles of the earth, to everything that moves on the earth, and in which there is life, I give every plant that bears seed for food. ”. So it was. God saw all that he had made, and saw that he was very good. And there was evening and there was morning: the fifth day. Genesis 1:29-31 – And God said: “Look, I have given you every plant that bears seed, which is on all the earth, and every tree on which there is fruit with seed. They will be your food! And to all the animals of the earth, to all the birds of the sky, and to all the reptiles of the earth, to everything that moves on the earth, and in which there is life, I have given every plant that bears seed for food”. So it was. God saw everything that he had made, and he saw that it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning: the sixth day. Genesis 2:1-3 – Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all their host. And on the seventh day God finished the work that he had done, and rested on the seventh day from all the work that he had done. And God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because on it he rested from all the work that he had created and done.

What was the last thing that God created?

What was the last thing that God created? This is a very interesting question that many people ask themselves. The Bible tells us that God created the heavens and the earth and everything in them.

Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

So what was the last thing that God created? The last thing that God created was man. Genesis 1:26-27 says, “Then God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And it was thus that he created them; male and female he created them.”

God created man in His image and likeness. That means that God gave human beings the ability to think, feel, and act in the same way that He does. Human beings are unique in all of God’s creation. We are his precious jewel.

The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 12:1 “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years come when you say: I have no contentment in them.”

God gave us life as a precious gift. We must take advantage of the years of youth to seek God and serve him. Let’s not wait for the “bad days” to come to do it.
