The spiritual warfare is not only about facing great demons and evil spirits, but also small arrows that the enemy shoots at you. every moment of your life. So put on the armor of God and learn to wear it as His Word teaches.
They are burning arrows that can make your being whole to burn in a fire of evil:
Doubt, discouragement, lying, looking at things that harm your mind, worry, negative thoughts, taking what is not yours, bad character, words that damage and much more.
They are the temptations.
Those temptations are the first to overcome before confrontations with the powers and rulers of darkness.
That’s why God recommends us always put on the armor for the Christian. That way we will be able to resist all the attacks of the enemy.
This armor consists of next: Ephesians 6:14-18
Put on the armor of God
> The helmet of salvation to protect your mind from negative thoughts (guilt, condemnation, ties).
> the breastplate of righteousness to guard your heart against all evil tendencies. Justice means righteousness, honesty, integrity.
> The truth belt to speak and live in the truth of Christ.
> The shoes of the gospel of peace to have peace in our hearts, with respect to God and our fellow men.
> The shield of faith protects the promises that God has given you, opposes doubt and to disbelief.
> the The sword of the Word of God is the deadly weapon that will prevent the enemy from come very close to you. You just have to tell him: “It is written”. That’s why it’s It is important to read it, meditate on it, memorize it and believe it. When you declare the Word from God the enemy flees.
It is very important to always pray. Read, Obey and Apply the Word of God in all the circumstances of our life. Accompany the prayer with fasting as a discipline to subdue the flesh and strengthen the spirit.
