But when we experience affliction and draw closer to God in the midst of it, we can discover stronger faith and a deeper relationship with Him.
4. Help others
Grief can also help us better understand the problems of others and how we can help them. After all, when we’ve been through something difficult, we can better relate to others who are going through something similar. And that can give us the opportunity to help them in a way that only we can.
