We will be satisfied: In other psalms David expresses his desire to live in the presence of God (Ps 27:4, Ps 27:5). In David’s day, the fulfillment of this desire came through the sacrifices in the worship services in Israel.

BLESSED IS THE ONE THAT YOU… ATTRACTED TO YOU. The believer’s greatest joy is to be close to God and enjoy fellowship with Him. Now that is possible for all believers through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 10:10-22) and through the Holy Spirit who is in them (Eph 5:18). The Bible exhorts to draw near to God constantly, so that his mercy and strength are received, which help the soul in its times of need (Hebrews 4:16; Hebrews 7:25). The greatest shame of believers would be to take lightly this privilege of closeness to God, considering it unworthy of their constant effort (cf. Hebrews 10:36-39).
