Have you noticed how your day brightens when you take time to meditate on God’s Word? By reading the Bible we remember the reason why we believe in God and we reaffirm ourselves in the hope of the eternal future with him.
God is wonderful and with him they transform and light up even the darkest days. Let the Word of God renew your hope and faith today!
1. A new life by faith
Truly I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged, but has passed from death to life.
(John 5:24)
God gave you new life when you opened your heart to Jesus. And that life will have no end! There is no more condemnation because of sin, you can live free and happy in the presence of God. There is hope for you, one that extends even after death. The full life that Jesus offers is eternal!
2. The joy of hope
You love him despite not having seen him; and although they do not see him now, they believe in him and rejoice with indescribable and glorious joy, for they are obtaining the goal of faith from him, which is his salvation.
(1 Peter 1:8-9)
You feel sad? Remember then that life with Jesus leads you to heaven and a glorious life that you cannot even imagine. Faith in Jesus brings a special joy that comes from the hope of a better future. The present circumstances may be difficult, but they cannot be compared to the wonderful glory that will last for eternity.
3. Hope that brings peace
May the God of hope fill you who believe in him with all joy and peace, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
(Romans 15:13)
You received the peace of the Lord as soon as you decided to follow Jesus. You do not have to fear, whether you are having a good time or one that is not. Your trust is in God! He has his eyes on you, attentive to what happens to you and he is by your side to help you. Knowing that is the best calming thing there is.

4. The hope of glory
Consequently, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Also through him, and through faith, we have access to this grace in which we stand firm. So we rejoice in the hope of attaining the glory of God.

Faith helps us to live in peace with God and to approach him with confidence. That faith gives us the hope that one day we will stand before God and never again will we separate from his presence. We will see with our own eyes the glory of God! And as he arrives on that day, we are assured of his constant presence in our hearts.
5. Faith in God’s faithfulness
Let us keep firm the hope that we profess, because faithful is the one who made the promise.
(Hebrews 10:23)
Don’t give up your faith! Your hope is not in vain. God is faithful and he always fulfills what he promises. You love him, you are his child and the Lord will not abandon you or take away his blessing. God is in control and will help you get to glory and overcome all the obstacles you encounter along the way.
