According to the Bible, the end of the world is near. This is because there are signs that the end is near. When will the end of the world come?

One of the signs is the increase in evil in the world. In 2 Timothy 3:1-5 we read: “You should also know this: in the last days difficult times will come. Men will be selfish, friends only of themselves, lustful, bribery, proud, blasphemous, rebellious to their parents, ungrateful, without love or respect for anyone. They will not have any consideration, they will be slanderers, impulsive, foolish, full of envy and malice, they will be gossipers, inveterate, superstitious and friends of pleasures more than of God. They will have an appearance of godliness, but they will deny its mighty works. Thus they will avoid marriage and abstain from eating certain foods, which God created for men to enjoy with gratitude. But you remain faithful to what you learned and became, knowing who you learned it from.

In Matthew 24:12 we read: “And because the love of many will grow cold.” And in Matthew 24:37-39 we read: “For as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be on the day the Son of man is revealed. In those days before the flood, people ate and drank, married and were given in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all. The same will happen on the day the Son of Man is revealed.”

They will support their impiety by saying, “What has the Lord said?” Because they will turn away from the truth and go after fables.
Another sign is the increase in bad doctrine. In Matthew 24:5 we read: “For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.”

What does the Apocalypse tell us about the end of the world?

The book of Revelation is a great source of information about the end of the world. However, it is important to remember that many of the things mentioned in this book are symbolic. Therefore, we cannot take everything that is said literally.
The Bible tells us that we must be prepared for the end times. We must pray, seek God and live a life of holiness. Judgment Day will be a day of great terror for those who are not prepared.
