What does it mean that Christ breaks the chains?

When Jesus died on the cross, he manifested before his death the different liberations in his walk, since that is the manifestation of the kingdom of God on earth, because he came to give us examples of the liberations that we would have at our disposal after his death .

We have entered a time when God is giving us treasures of great wisdom. The apostolic and prophetic era that is being lived in these times is bringing new dimensions of the light of Christ, the son of God. There is much more clarity in the understanding of the scriptures and an unprecedented revelation of the power and manifestation of the kingdom of God.

Jesus did not come just to save us and die for our sins. He came to give us complete freedom in all areas of our lives. He came with the purpose of defeating the devil in his entire empire and freeing all those who are captive and bound. This goes far beyond casting demons out of people possessed by the occult, drugs, alcohol, and all other ties. Captivity and bondage has to do with all men.

It is sad to find people who still do not know Jesus and are chained to a life of sin, and it is much sadder that there are people who are Christians, struggling with these ties of sin, having the privilege that Jesus already paid for that freedom with a price. of blood.

When a person is bound by a spiritual chain?

1. When in your heart you do not allow Jesus to rule
2. When there is a lack of forgiveness towards another person.
3. When there are areas in your life that you do not surrender to God and fail in communion.
4. When we have thoughts of resentment towards other people, and we think that everything they say is to annoy us.
5. Mental distortions believing that everything is bad and that nothing will ever work out for us.

How to detect if I am chained to the world?

1.- The Bible says in (1 Corinthians 5:17) “so that if anyone is in Christ he is a new creature, old things have passed away, behold, all things are made new.”

This biblical passage tells us that whoever has been released by Christ must show a new life, how? Through his testimony, and because he is free from his bonds and that in his walk his life, his spirit will flow as Christ breaks the chains. So a person who constantly struggles with his emotions or who is unstable, may be tied to a chain of impossibilities that does not make him show a life transformed by God.

2. Many times people who are tied to sin tend to blame their leaders of the congregation for the situations that happen to them, the pastors or also the family. These people, not finding a way out for their ties, try to excuse themselves to others and their words are always: “Because of my Leaders”, “Because of the Pastor’s fault who does not guide me, “Because of my parents I do not let them serve freely.”

3.- When a person has a tie in his soul, he never agrees with what he himself does, nor with what others do. And this will lead him to judge or criticize everything that he does not like, or it usually happens that when he has these ties they think that the word that the pastor speaks is always to make him or her uncomfortable.

4.- When it is difficult for us to forgive a person who hurts us and you want in your heart to forgive them but there is something stronger that won’t let you, that means that you have a spiritual bond from which you must be free. But you must trust that Christ breaks the chains.

How to be free from the chains that bind my life?

1. We must recognize what are the ties we have.
2. Make the decision to break the chains and forget about them forever.
3. Give up the emotions you feel of emotional instability and allow Jesus to guide you at all times.
4. Maintain a communion with the Father and trust him, leaving all circumstances in his hands.
5. Always be in prayer and fasting so that your soul is subject to your spirit.
6. Believing that Christ breaks the chains and has set you free.

So that you can be free from any chain that binds you, you just have to give yourself completely to Jesus, remember that he has given you the privilege to be free, so do not allow the enemy to steal the freedom that Jesus paid for on the cross of Calvary so that you could have a spiritual life filled with his presence, and that you can manifest the wonders of the kingdom of God here and now on this earth. God wants his children to be completely aligned with him.
